How does one overcome depression and anxiety?

Jung’s depth psychological perspective because in my experience, both personal and professional, this way of seeing into anxiety and depression offers not only deep insight into the problem, but also, profound healing. What I mean by healing is that you embrace and transcend the anxiety and depression by consciously working with them, rather than alleviate the symptoms with medication.
